Frames

Even though, you could put a picture frame on your web page, the frames I'm talking about help  display and organize web pages.

Using frames allows a browser to display multiple web pages simultaneously.  This divides the browser window into sections, smiliar  to table cells.  You can think of each frame as browser window itself.   The difference is that a web page can load up in a cell, instead of just a picture.
